At Universal Works, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging for a smooth refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a suitable alternative, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.
